Ultraviolet (UV) curing screen printing ink

UV ink

Since our company developed an ultraviolet curing material through our original high polymer compounding technologies, Hayatone UV Series has been used for a variety of applications specialized for customer needs including as a masking material for decorative glass sandblasting, solder resist for printed circuit boards, one component type UV curing ink with a high degree of adhesion to PET bottles, and as a coating material for PE tubes.

Hayatone PE Series – PE-130, PE-150, PE-200, PE-300

■ Features
  • Excellent adhesion to PET base materials. (PE-130 and 150 can be used without any pretreatment for some base materials.)
  • Can contribute to increase material yield rates and reduced production processes because it is a solvent-less one component type.
  • Can be used for coloring of matte and metallic bases.
  • Has excellent alcohol resistance. (PE-150)
  • Products for PP base materials (PE-200) and for PE base materials (PE-300) also available.
